Oualidia is a small village Beachside orange-red sand, and rocks forming small islands. A large lagoon near the village of Oualidia, holding a calm, clear water where all kinds of fish congregate
This seaside village is named after its founder, the Saadian Sultan El Oualid. In the upper part of the city, you can still see some vestiges of its kasbah, built in 1634 and used for coastal surveillance.
