Navini Island Resort

Location

Just 35 minutes by launch transfer from Vuda Marina on the mainland, Navini is one of the smallest Island resorts off the Nadi side of Viti Levu. Within an hour from arrival at Nadi International, you can be swimming off the beach, or lounging under a thatched umbrella with a refreshing drink. The no day trippers policy ensures there are never any crowds on Navini.

Navini has only 10 Bures, all fronting the beach and coral reef sanctuary. The open air dining room takes advantage of the surroundings; tropical gardens, blue waters, and sunset-tinted clouds. Navini offers a tantalising selection of innovative, traditional and Fijian dishes, with choices at all meal times. Everything the Navini kitchen serves is prepared there, from fresh baked breads to homemade ice creams. Private candlelight (and starlight) dinners can be set up at a flower-laden table for two, on the beach in front of your Bure.

Leisure Facilities

You can stroll around the Island in 10 minutes, surveying your domain from the circle of the beach on this true coral cay rising a few metres from lapping tides. In from the beach are coconut palms and shady big-leafed trees, and a profusion of tropical flowers picked daily to decorate your Fijian Bure and dining table.  

From the island, you can explore the coral reef sanctuary, borrow snorkelling gear to watch the colourful fish, try the spyboard, kayaks, seacycles, or take out the hobie-cat sailboat. All complimentary. The afternoon volleyball game is optional. There is no swimming pool on Navini - instead there is a beautiful, refreshing, calm and much more interesting sea, just a few steps away. There is the opportunity to go scuba diving, parasailing, or sports fishing; the only activities for which you'll pay a modest fee. Nothing is too much trouble for these friendly, smiling people; their enthusiasm and laughter are infectious.
